Return and Refund Policy
How does it work?
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from NestBirdy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to return the product.
Return conditions:
- The products should, if possible, be returned in their original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days after you have received your order. After approval, you have 7 days to return the product.
- The cost of the return is paid by the buyer.
1. Registration
You can only submit a return request within the first 14 days after receiving your order. Please include the following in your email:
- Reason
- Order number
- Name and address details as provided at the time of order
Make sure to return the product in its original condition and packaging.

2. Packaging
Pack your products carefully. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instructions:
- Pack the item in the same way you received it.
- Make sure the package is packed so that it can reach NESTBIRDY without damage.
- Print the packing slip and place it in the return package.
- Place the return label over the old shipping label.
3. Shipping
Drop off the package at a post office. Keep the receipt until we have processed the return. You are responsible for the shipment and for ensuring the package reaches us! We take no responsibility if the package is not properly registered and does not reach our address.
4. Refund
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the products for damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Note: Please package the product carefully and preferably in the original packaging. Make sure the package is well packed and sealed. By law, you are required to handle the product carefully to avoid damage. NestBirdy reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages caused by insufficient packaging. This means that if the product has been used, we may need to charge additional costs. If you have any questions about our return policy, please feel free to contact us – we are happy to help!
