Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@nestbirdy.com and attach photos of the damage. For lost parcels, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping company. We are always here to assist you further.
